

Dominican Gastronomic Forum.
This event is organized by the Dominican Flavors Foundation (FSD), an institution dedicated to developing, creating, and implementing initiatives to position, value, and develop the Dominican gastronomic system as a sustainable tourism product. The Forum has become a highly anticipated annual event, offering a comprehensive space for training, research, and analysis in the culinary field.
It brings together an average of one thousand people with an active integration of chefs, restaurateurs, gastronomy experts, sector authorities, journalists, academics, students and teachers from the main schools in the country, especially the members of the Dominican Chapter of the Pan-American Confederation of Schools of Hotel Management, Gastronomy and Tourism CONPEHT.
General Objective
To promote research, analysis, training, creativity and the transmission of successful experiences, with a view to the national and international positioning and exposure of Dominican gastronomy.
